Flexible payment plan options allow students to stretch out tuition and fee payments from two to four months.  No interest charges apply.  Contact the Finance Office for more details at finance@emmausins.com.

The Emmaus Institute reserves the right to accept cash only payment on accounts where the Institute deems it necessary.  All fees must be paid in full the first payment.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available that may cover the full (or partial) cost of the Tuition.  Assistance is available for financially eligible students.  Applicants who are interested should request information from the Finance Office at finance@emmausins.com. Application should be made as soon as possible, since these scholarships are limited.

Some faithful stewards underwrite the expense of ministerial training by providing scholarship aid, which is applied toward tuition assistance.  The Emmaus Institute International believes that it must exercise good stewardship and wise administration to ensure proper disposition of tuition assistance funds in order to provide maximum benefits to deserving students.

Tuition Assistance Program

The Tuition Assistance Program is a need-based scholarship program that has been established to help students who are unable to pay the normal tuition rate.  Only applications of students who have been accepted into Emmaus Institute International will be reviewed and the maximum award granted is 50% of tuition and fees

Sponsorship: Church, Corporate, or Individual

An Enrollee's church, corporation, friends, or relatives may desire to pay a full or partial amount of his or her tuition and fees. The amount of the payment will be credited to their account after proper authorization has been received by the Emmaus Institute's Finance Office.  Proper authorization is understood to be an official document from a church or corporation stating the person(s) being sponsored and the amount(s) to be credited.  It must be signed by an officer who is not receiving any part of the sponsorship.

For sponsorships from individuals, a formal letter is required.  Sponsorships from individuals must be collected in full prior to acceptance into a class. Sponsorship monies will be held available for use or refund for one year from date of last activity. Sponsorship monies will be refunded only to the sponsor and only on written request within a 1-year time limit.  Beyond the specified time, any unused and un-refunded monies will be applied to the Emmaus Institute International's general fund.

Note:  If payments are not current, the student may be placed on "Financial Hold." Further, the enrollee is responsible for any balance due should the sponsor fail to pay.  This means that the student may be suspended from the Program and not enrolled in any further courses until his/her account becomes current.

Policy Concerning Donations
